TO : THE CONCERNED COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT: LAUNCH OF THE NATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STRATEGY (NIPS) PROJECT ON 30 MAY 2017 IN MAKATI CITY

The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) will launch the National Intellectual Property Strategy (NIPS) Project to be held on 30 May 2017, 8:00 a.m., at the Ballroom 1 of the Fairmont Makati, 1 Raffles Drive, Makati Avenue, Makati City.

In connection therewith, the following commercial court judges are hereby autnorized to attend the launching, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:

The above-named judges shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten.(10) days from their receipt thereof.
