AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE CITIES OF SILAY,TALISAY, BAGO, LA CARLOTA AND BACOLOD IN THE JURIS MEDIATION PROGRAM ORIENTATION AND WORKSHOP

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a one and half-day JURIS Mediation Program Orientation and Workshop for Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Cities of Silay, Talisay, Bago, La Carlota and Bacolod, to be held on 20 and 21 September 2005 at the L'Fisher Hotel, Lacson Street, Bacolod City

The following judges, clerks of court and branch clerks of court are required to attend and participate in the orientation and workshop:

The attendance of the participants in the orientation and workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the orientation and workshop and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion or substitution of participants shall be allowed.
