AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL REGION AT THE TRAINING SEMINAR ON THE 2016 REVISED RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), will be conducting the Training Seminar on the 2016 Revised Rules of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Clerks of Court of First Judicial Region on June 23, 2016 (Thursday), 1:00 p.m. to 5: p.m., at the Hotel Veniz, Baguio City.

All First Level Clerks of Court of the First Judicial Region are required to attend this Training Seminar.

Attendance in this Training-Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS .

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.

Any communication relating to this seminar-workshop shall be address to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), 3rd Floor, Centennial Bldg., Supreme Court, Padre Faura St. corner Taft Avenue, Manila.
