[ SC ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 11-2010, January 07, 2010 ]

In the interest of public service and pursuant to the provisions of existing laws, Deputy Court Administrator NIMFA C. VILCHES designated as Officer-In-Charge in the Office of the Court Administrator per Memorandum Order No. 01-2010, is hereby authorized to sign the Commission ( KOMISYON ) evidencing the appointment of lower court personnel ( KSS Porma Big. 33 ), in view of the appointment of the former Court Administrator Hon. Jose P. Perez, as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court effective December 24, 2009.

This Administrative Circular takes effect immediately and shall continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the new Court Administrator and/or until further orders.
