For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 07 April 2009, in Administrative Case No. 8051, entitled "Ederlinda K. Manzano vs. Atty. Santiago C. Soriano", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, the premises of this case considered, respondent Atty. Santiago C. Soriano is DISBARRED from the practice of law. Let his name be stricken off the Roll of Attorneys. This Decision is immediately executory." In the Resolution dated 29 June 2010, the Court CONSIDERED as SERVED the Notice of Judgment dated 07 April 2009, addressed to respondent Atty. Santiago C. Soriano, at Camia St., Naga City Subdivision, Naga City, which Notice of Judgment was returned unserved with notation "RTS-Moved Out".
