SUBJECT: CAPABILITY-BUILDING WORKSHOP ON JUDICIAL TITLING ON 25 AND 26 FEBRUARY 2002 AT THE DIAMOND HOTEL MANILA

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Land Administration and Management Project (DENR-LAMP) will hold a two-day Workshop on Capability-Building on Judicial Titling on 25 and 26 February 2002 at the Diamond Hotel Manila.

The following Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing:

8. Hon. Norberto Hubayan -MTC, Alang-alang, Leyte

9. Hon. Cristina Huñamayor -MTC, Sta. Fe, Leyte

10. Hon. Eleanor Caña -MCTC, Julita-Tabontabon, Leyte

11. Hon. Rodolfo Ramos -MCTC, San Miguel-Tunga, Leyte

and the Branch Clerks of Court of the RTCs of Tacloban City, Carigara and Abuyog, MTCs of Alang-alang, Dagami, Palo, Pastrana and Sta.Fe and MCTCs of Julita-Tabontabon, San Miguel-Tunga, all in the Province of Leyte.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the workshop.

This amends Circular 17-2002 dated 13 February 2002.
