SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. EDILBERTO COSCA
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the pertinent portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 22 January 2014 in Administrative Case No. 9858, entitled "Guillermina G. Mitre v. Atty. Edilberto Cosca," to wit:
The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors Notice of Resolution No. XX-2011-256 dated November 19, 2011 adopting and approving with modification the report and recommendation of the investigating commissioner and suspending respondent from the practice of law for a period of three (3) months and its Notice of Resolution No. XX-2012-689 dated December 29, 2012 denying respondent's motion for reconsideration of the Resolution No. XX-2011-256.
Atty. Edilberto Cosca received the copy of the above Resolution on 27 February 2014.
