Quoted hereiinder for your Information and guidance is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Court En Bane dated November 30, 2006, in Administrative Case No. 7214 entitled, "Aileen A. Ferancullo vs. Atty. Sancho M. Ferancullo, Jr.", to wit:
"WHEREFORE, Atty. Sancho M. Ferancullo, Jr. is found GUILTY of gross immorality and is hereby SUPENDED from the practice of law for a period of two (2) years effective upon notice hereof, with the specific WARNING that a more severe penalty shall be imposed should he commit the same or a similar offense hereafter."
