ALL JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS IN MINDANAO

SUBJECT:

MINDANAO REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINARS ON OCTOBER 7-9, 2004 AT THE NCC CONVENTION HALL, DAVAO CITY

The IBP Davao City Chapter will hold its "Mindanao Regional Convention and MCLE Seminars" on October 7-9, 2004 at the NCC Convention Hall, Davao City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said convention and seminars on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance of those who attended the Convention shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
