SUBJECT : 2nd ADVANCED COURSE ON COMPETITION POLICY AND LAW FOR JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS ON 22 TO 26 FEBRUARY 2016 IN CEBU CITY

The Department of Justice - Office for Competition (DOJ-OFC), in partnership with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), under the project Capacity Building for a Comprehensive National Competition Policy and Law Phase 2, will conduct the 2 nd Advanced Course on Competition Policy and Law for Judges and Prosecutors on 22 to 26 February 2016 in Cebu City.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges are hereby authorized to attend the training on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:

The JICA will shoulder the transportation, hotel accommodation and meal expenses of the participants.

The above-named judges shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
