ALL COURT STENOGRAPHERS IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

SUBJECT:

GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON OCTOBER 11 2003 AT DUMAGUETE CITY

The Court Stenographic Reporters' of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) Negros Oriental Chapter will hold its general assembly on October 11, 2003 at. Dumaguete City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
