SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. RONALDO P. SALVADO FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 26 January 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 10952, entitled "Engel Paul Aca vs. Atty. Ronaldo P. Salvado," to wit:

WHEREFORE, the Court finds Atty. Ronaldo P. Salvado GUILTY of violating Rule 1.01, Canon 1 and Rule 7.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, the Court SUSPENDS him from the practice of law for a period of two (2) years.

In a Resolution dated 19 April 2016, the Court further DENIED with FINALITY respondent's motion for reconsideration of the decision. Respondent, thru counsel Atty. Lea G. Lorenzo, received the Resolution dated 19 April 2016 on 13 May 2016.
