For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Supreme Court En Banc dated 16 June 2015 in Administrative Case No. 5686, "Teodulo F. Enriquez vs. Atty. Edilberto B. Lavadia, Jr./' to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Edilberto B. Lavadia, Jr. is hereby DISBARRED for violating Canons 11 and 18 and Rules 10.03, 12.03 and 18.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and his name is ORDERED STRICKEN OFF from the Roll of Attorneys.

In a Resolution dated 10 November 2015, the Court DENIED WITH FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration as the basic issues raised therein have been passed upon by the Court and no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned resolution.
