TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN VISAYAS AND MINDANAO
SUBJECT : MCLE SEMINAR ON SEPTEMBER 27 AND 28, 2012 AT THE SACRED HEART CENTER, CEBU CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City Chapter will host a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on September 27 and 28, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Center, D. Jakosalem St., Cebu City.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the MCLE Seminar on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
Atty. Earl M. Bonachita, President-IBP Cebu City Chapter, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court personnel who attended the seminar) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminar.
