AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL OF THE SUPREME COURT AND PHILJA TO THE ACTION PLANNING WORKSHOP FOR THE PHILJA DEVELOPMENT CENTER (PDC) JAPAN NPGA PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

One of the activities identified under the Institutional Development Component of the Action Program for Judicial Reform (APJR) is the upgrading of training facilities of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA).

This will soon become a reality through a P300M grant of the Japanese Government under the Non-Project Grant Assistance- Counter Value Fund (NPGA-CVF) for the Construction and Equipping of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) Development Center in Tagaytay City.

For the effective implementation of this project, the Supreme Court, through PHILJA, will hold an Action Planning Workshop on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Training Room, Ground Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Padre Faura corner Taft Avenue, Manila.

In view of the foregoing, the following officials and personnel of the Supreme Court and PHILJA are authorized to attend the above activity:
