SUBJECT : PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION ELECTIONS

Acting on the letter-request dated 22 October 2015 of Judge Eugene Paras, Acting President, Philippine Judges Association (PJA), for "the designation of the Executive Judges of the Metropolitan Trial Courts for the National Capital Judicial Region and the Clerks of Court of the different Judicial Regions as Election Officers" during "the conduct of the automated elections on December 3, 2015 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm," pursuant to the PJA Executive Committee Resolutions designating seventy-three (73) polling precincts nationwide, the following judges, clerks of court and court personnel are hereby designated as Election Officers:

The PJA automated elections shall be held on 3 December 2015, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the automated elections on 3 December 2015, a dry run shall be held on 27 November 2015, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The actual casting of votes by the judges, and the service rendered by the concerned judges and court personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME.
