REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7410 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE MEDICARE COMMUNITY (MUNICIPAL) HOSPITAL IN LEBAK, SULTAN KUDARAT, FROM A FIFTEEN-BED CAPACITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LEBAK DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Medicare Community (Municipal) Hospital in Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, is hereby expanded and upgrade from a fifteen-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Lebak District Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
