ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT:

10th NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The officers and members of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold its 10th National Convention/Seminar and Election of Officers and Board of Directors on October 20 to 22, 2010 at the Great Eastern Hotel, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Mona Lisa A. Buencamino, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said activities.
