TO : THE OFFICERS, REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND ADVISERS OF THE BOARD OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF COURT AND EX-OFFICIO SHERIFFS (ACCES)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY MEETING ON 16 MARCH 2016

The Officers, Regional Representatives and Advisers of the Board of the Association of Clerks of Court and Ex-Officio Sheriffs (ACCES) will hold their quarterly meeting on 16 March 2016, 11:00 A.M., at the Diamond Hotel, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no. disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jennifer H. Dela Cruz-Buendia, President of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
