CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1995
In accordance with the recommendation of the NEDA Board and pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution Nos. 979 and 1156 dated August 30, 1995, and October 4, 1995, respectively, the attached updated list of regulated commodities under Appendix 1 (1-A-1-F) of CB Circular 1389, S. 1993, as amended, is hereby issued incorporating the new commodity classification codes under the 1993 Philippine Standard Commodity Classification Manual, Revision 2 and the corresponding Harmonized System codes, for the information and reference of all concerned.
This Circular amends the pertinent portion of CB Circular 1389, S. of 1993.
