SUSPENSION OF ATTY. ESCOLASTICO DAITOL FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS
Quoted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned, is the resolution of the Third Division of this Court in A. C. No. 3736 (Craig L. Lord vs. Atty. Escolastico Daitol) dated January 20,1999, to wit:
"The notice of resolution dated March 28, 1998 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, suspending Atty. Escolastico Daitol from the practice of law for three (3) months with a warning that a repetition of the same or similar offense will be dealt with more severely, is NOTED."
