TO: ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF MANILA

SUBJECT LECTURE ON DANGEROUS DRUGS, DRUG ABUSE AND ITS CONSEQUENCES, PREVENTION AND REHABILITATION OF SEPTEMBER 8 AND 9, 1993, 2:00 P.M. AT THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT LIBRARY, CITY HALL, MANILA

The Manila RTC Judges have invited Atty. Manuel Supnet, Executive Director of the Dangerous Drugs Board to lecture on dangerous drugs, drug abuse and its consequences, prevention and rehabilitation at the RTC Library, City Hall, Manila, on September 8 and 9, 1993, at 2:00 P.M.

The judges concerned are hereby authorized to attend the lecture on OFFICIAL TIME .

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the lecture by the authorized officer.
