SUBJECT: ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON AUGUST 10-12, 2000 AT WATER FRONT HOTEL IN LAHUG, CEBU CITY

The Philippines Judges Association in coordination with the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will hold a three-day Annual Convention-Seminar on August 10-12, 2000 at Water Front Hotel, Lahug, Cebu City.

Judges who are interested to participate are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if offered and available. However, they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing,

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
