ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

1st BOARD OF OFFICERS MEETING FOR THE YEAR 2003 AT ILOILO CITY.

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its First Board of Officers Meeting for the year 2003 on 23 and 24 January 2003 at Iloilo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of convention.
