TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP), INC.

SUBJECT : 3rd NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING ON FEBRUARY 20 TO 21, 2014 AT THE LAOAG CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

The national officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), Inc. will hold their 3 rd National Executive Committee Meeting on February 20 to 21, 2014 at the Laoag City 1 lall of Justice.

In connection therewith, the following court personnel arc hereby authorized to attend the meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar:
