AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL REGION AT THE 12th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level courts of the Sixth Judicial Region are enjoined to attend and participate in the 12th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) to be held from April 26 to 28, 2006 at the Amigo Terrace Hotel, Iznart-Delgado Sts., Iloilo City under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA).

Sessions for the judges will be from April 26 to 28, 2006. Clerks of court and branch clerks of court who are members of the bar shall attend the sessions on April 26 and 27, 2006, while those who are not members of the bar will attend the sessions of April 27, 2006 only.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursed after submission of the required documents.
