TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS, REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NATIONAL WORKING COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS (PHILACI)

SUBJECT: MEETING IN ANTIPOLO CITY ON 15 16 AND 17 MAY 2002

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters (PHILACI) will hold its semi-annual Executive Board and Board of Regional Representatives Meeting in Antipolo City on 15, 16 and 17 May 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should seek written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and provided that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date meeting.
