SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS OF ATTY. SALVADOR N. MOYA II

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision the of Court En Bane dated 17 October 2008, in Administrative Case No. 6972 : entitled " Jerry T. Wong vs. Atty. Salvador N. Moya II ", to wit:

" WHEREFORE , Resolution No. XVII-2005113 dated October 22, 2005 of the IBP which found that respondent Atty. Salvador N. Moya II is guilty of gross misconduct and violation of Code of Professional Responsibility is AFFIRMED in toto. He is hereby SUSPENDED for two years from the practice of law, effective upon receipt of Decision. He is warned that a repetition of the same or similar act will be dealt with more severely,"

Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration of the Decision of 17 October 2008 filed by counsel for respondent, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the said motion for reconsideration, there being no substantial matter raised to warrant the reversal of the questioned decision, pursuant to the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 27 January 2009.
