TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN PANGASINAN

SUBJECT : JUDICIARY-DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ) SPORTSFEST ON 4 MARCH AND 29 APRIL 2016 AT THE URDANETA CITY CULTURAL AND SPORTS COMPLEX, URDANETA CITY, PANGASINAN

The first and second level courts in Pangasinan will hold a Judiciary-Department of Justice (DOJ) Sportsfest on 4 March and 29 April 2016 at the Urdaneta City Cultural and Sports Complex, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.

The participants in the sportsfest are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Judge Tita Rodriguez-Villarin shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all judges and court personnel who participated to the Court Management Office, Office of the court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
