TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OP COURT IN ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA

SUBJECT: LAUNCHING OF THE ANGELES CITY JUSTICE ZONE ON 12 APRIL 2019 AT THE JOSE ABAD SANTOS HALL OF JUSTICE, PULUNG MARAGUL, ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA

The Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC), in coordination with the European Union-Governance in Justice (GOJUST) Programme, will launch the Angeles City Justice Zone on 12 April 2019, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., at the Jose Abad Santos Hall of Justice, Pulung Maragul, Angeles City, Pampanga.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the activity on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings. All transactions are suspended in the morning of 12 April 2019 to pave away for the event.

The JSCC Secretariat shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a list of all the judges and court personnel who attended the activity within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
