ALL COURT STENOGRAPHERS IN THE PROVINCES OF R1ZAL, CAVITE, BATANGAS AND ORIENTAL MINDORO

SUBJECT: GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON THE DATES AS INDICATED

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), the following chapters will hold a General Assembly in their respective chapters on the dates as indicated, to wit:

Rizal Chapter - Oct. 14, 2005 , Antipolo City

Batangas Chapter- October 21, 2005 , Hall of Justice, Batangas City

Cavite Chapter - September 15, 2005 , Tagaytay Chapier

Oriental Mindoro - September 30, 2005, Oriental Mindoro

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the

court calendar.

All Chapter President concerned shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the assembly.
