AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND STAKEHOLDERS FOR THE CITY OF DANAO TO THE ORIENTATION CONFERENCE ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO), will conduct an Orientation Conference with Stakeholders on Court-Annexed Mediation (Danao Mediation Program), to be held on October 6, 2016, at 11:00 AM, at Coco Palms Resort, Danao City, Cebu.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the City of Danao are required to attend and participate in the aforementioned Orientation Conference.

The attendance in the aforementioned activities shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME .

The participating Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Orientation Conference and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.
