TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF COURT AND EX-OFFICIO SHERIFFS (ACCESS)

SUBJECT : REGULAR MEETING ON 6 FEBRUARY 2019 AT THE OFFICE OF CLERK OF COURT, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF MANILA

The officers and board of directors of the Association of Clerks of Court and Ex-Officio Sheriffs (ACCESS) will hold their regular meeting on 6 February 2019 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Manila.

In connection therewith, the officers and boards of directors of the ACCESS are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and no distruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jennifer H. Dela Cruz-Buendia, ACCESS President, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
