SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) YEARS OF ATTY. DANILO DE LA TORRE
In the decision of the Court En Bane dated March 30, 2006, in Administrative Case No. 6160 entitled, "Nestor Perez vs. Atty. Danilo de la Torre" respondent Atty. Danilo de la Torre was suspended from the practice of law for three (3) years, effective upon receipt of the decision (subject of OCA Circular No. 119-2006 dated August 16, 2006).
In the same decision, Atty. de la Torre was further warned that a repetition of the same or of similar acts shall be dealt with more severely. Copy of the decision was received by Atty. de la Torre on April 12, 2006. The respondent's Motion for Reconsideration was denied with finality in the resolution dated August 1, 2006.
This circular amends OCA Circular No. 119-2006 dated August 16, 2006.
