SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. RICHARD ANOLIN FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 8 November 2017 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 10133, entitled "Atty. Imelda F. Aquino v. Atty. Richard Anolin," to wit:

The Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to:

(1) IMPOSE on Atty. Richard Anolin an additional period of six (6) months suspension from the practice of law, effective immediately, for his unauthorized practice of law; and

(2) REQUIRE respondent, after full service of his suspension, to file a sworn statement that he has fully served the additional six (6) months suspension including the original one (1) month suspension or a total of seven (7) months suspension, with certifications from the office of the Executive Judge where he practices his legal profession and from the IBP Local Chapter where he is affiliated with, both affirming that he has ceased and desisted from the practice of law and has not appeared in court as counsel for the entire period of suspension, indicating therein the exact date of full compliance.

The said report and recommendation of the OBC is NOTED .

Per Registry Return Receipt No. 1333, respondent thru authorized agent Lando Cruz, received a copy of the aforesaid Resolution on 11 January 2018.
