Quijano vs. Geobel A. Bartoiabac ( Labor Arbiter, NLRC-NCR South), and Alberto R. Quimpo (Commissioner, NLRC-Flrst Division)" ordering the suspension of respondents Ljpor Arbiter Geobel A. Bartoiabac and Commissioner Alberto R. Quimpo from the practice of law for three (3) months.
