TO : ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY COURT JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT : ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON 21 TO 23 NOVEMBER 2001 IN BACOLOD CITY>

The Metropolitan and City Court Judges Association of the Philippines will have their annual convention-seminar and election of officers on 21 to 23 November 2001 in Bacolod City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if available and authorized provided that their court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from adjournment of the said event. This circular amends Circular No. 60-2001 dated 25 September 2001
