OCA CIRCULAR NO. 112-2008

TO: ALL OFFICERS ANDE DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON NOVEMBER 17-18, 2008 AT TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a regular monthly meeting on November 17 and 18, 2008 at 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon atTuguegarao City , Cagayan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
