: ALL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT

: ATTENDANCE AT THE NINTH ANNUAL CONVENTION AND NATIONAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF THE PACE, TO BE HELD ON MAY 7-9, 1997, AT BWS AUDITORIUM, TAGBILARAN CITY.

The Philippine Association of the Court of Employees (PACE) Bohol Chapter will host the Ninth Annual Convention and National Election of Officers of the PACE to be held on May 7 to 9, 1997, at BWS Auditorium, Tagbilaran, City.

Members of the PACE are hereby authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME .

A report on the attendance of the employees concerned should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention by the authorized officer.
