TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : BI-MONTHLY MEETING ON 29 MARCH 2019 IN PUERTO PRINCESA, PALAWAN

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their bi-monthly meeting on 29 March 2019 in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Paz R. Reyes-Yson, PJA Secretary General, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
