TO : ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AND METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT HEREIN NAMED

SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON "COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN CRIME PREVENTION" SPONSORED BY THE NAPOLCOLM, JICA AND UNAFEI

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Umted Nations Asia and Far East Institute (UNAFEI) for the Prevention of Crime and Treatment of Offenders will jointly hold a Seminar on "Community Involvement in Crime Prevention" from December 5 to 8,2001 at the Manila Hotel, Manila. The Seminar shall serve as a forum for the exchange of information between the UNAFEI and the Philippine government on how to address pressing and emerging problems relating to crime and delinquency.

The judges of the Regional Trial Courts and the Metropolitan Trial Court of the National Capital Judicial Region listed herein shall represent the Judiciary and participate in the Seminar:

The judges are hereby authorized to attend the Seminar on official time. They are advised to see it that there is no disruption of the court calendar
