TO : THE CONCERNED TRIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : INTRODUCTORY MEETING WITH THE VICTIM WITNESS COORDINATORS ON 24 NOVEMBER 2015 AT THE HOTEL KIMBERLY, MALATE, MANILA

The Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT), Department of Justice, in partnership with the Australia-Asia Program to Combat Trafficking in Persons (AAPTIP), will conduct an introductory meeting with the Victim Witness Coordinators to be held on 24 November 2015, 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., at the Hotel Kimberly, Malate, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges are hereby authorized to attend the meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
