TO : JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, LEGAL RESEARCHERS AND SHERIFFS OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF ELEVENTH JUDICIAL REGION

RE : ATTENDANCE AT THE TWELFTH REGIONAL SEMINAR UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, Section 6, of the 1987 Constitution and Section 3 of Republic Act No. 8557, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Legal Researchers Sheriffs and of the First and Second Level Trial Courts of the Eleventh Judicial Region are designated participants in the Twelfth Regional Seminar under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on January 23 to 25, 2002 (Wednesday to Friday), at the Waterfront Hotel, Davao City.

Judges are directed to leave a skeleton force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS with all expenses for travel chargeable to the funds provided by Memorandum Order No. 05-2001, dated February 16, 2001.
