SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) MONTH OF ATTY. DANTE G. ILAYA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 9 February 2015 in Administrative Case No. 10560 entitled "Ranilo M. Arceo, Consolacion Mercado, Ma. Benher Magalong, et al. vs. Atty. Dante G. llaya" to wit:

The Court further resolves to AFFIRM Resolution No. XIX-2011-515 and Resolution No. XXI-2014-91 passed on June 27, 2011 and March 21, 2014, respectively, by the Board of Governors of the IBP, there being no reversible error in the Report and Recommendation dated January 5, 2010 of the IBP Investigating Commissioner, and SUSPEND respondent Atty. Dante G. llaya from the practice of law for one (1) month from notice hereof.

Respondent received on 1 April 2015 the aforesaid Resolution.
