TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : MID-TERM CONVENTION ON 12 TO 14 OCTOBER 2016 AT THE BAGUIO COUNTRY CLUB, BAGUIO CITY

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Mid-Term Convention on 12 to 14 October 2016, 8:00 a.m., at the Baguio Country Club, Baguio City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Racquelen Abary-Vasquez, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
