CIRCULAR NO. 221 Series of 1999
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1854 dated December 23, 1999, approved the extension of the deadline of the second phase (1st phase for thrift banks outside Metro Manila and rural banks) of the capital build-up programs of banks from 31 December 1999 to 31 January 2000.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
