REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2446 - AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN SECTION ONE, REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND NINETY-THREE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Items ( m ) and ( n ), for the Province of Leyte, subparagraph twenty-three, paragraph a, Title D, section one of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand ninety-three, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"( m ) San Roque Waterworks, Macrohon P5,000.00 "( n ) San Isidro Waterworks, Malitbog 20,000.00" SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
