AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT IN THE GRADE OF SECOND LIEUTENANT IN THE RESERVE FORCE OF NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS WHO HAVE SHOWN OUTSTANDING ABILITY AND HAVE RENDERED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of existing law, non-commissioned officers of the Regular Force of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, who have shown outstanding ability and have rendered exceptional service, may, regardless of their age and educational attainments, be appointed in the grade of second lieutenant in the Reserve Force by the President upon recommendation of the Secretary, of National Defense.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
