REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10011 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE BACON — SAWANGA — PRIETO DIAZ ROAD IN THE CITY OF SORSOGON AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRIETO DIAZ, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BACON — SAWANGA — PRIETO DIAZ ROAD IN THE CITY OF SORSOGON AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRIETO DIAZ, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Bacon — Sawanga — Prieto Diaz Road in the City of Sorsogon and the Municipahty of Prieto Diaz, Province of Sorsogon is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
