For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision dated 22 July 2015 of the Court (Second Division) in A.C. No. 10187, entitled "Celina F. Andrada vs. Atty. Rodrigo Cera, " to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Rodrigo Cera is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for ONE (1) YEAR. He is WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar act shall be dealt with more severely.
